My values and how i can help you

As a women, I understand that despite the wealth of information available, the menopause can be a stressful and confusing time, especially with the pressures of mid-life. 


Many women experience a range of symptoms and feel helpless about the changes their body is undergoing so simply put up with these and sometimes lose themselves in the process. 


Furthermore, every woman's menopausal journey is unique so that your experience may be very different to that of a friend. HRT is not a panacea or a one size fits all medicine.


I don't believe you need to suffer and I passionately believe in the power of lifestyle changes - the way you eat, move, sleep, relax - to help balance hormonal changes.


My purpose is to educate, support and empower all women to get the best from their menopause journey,  and make better lifestyle choices. 


So that they can be healthier, happier and thrive in their menopause...
