I help you decide which plan would work best for you and offer 1:1 consultations via video call or face-to-face.

I establish a baseline assessment of your overall state of health using a variety of health questionnaires. 

This includes a medical history, drug history,  perimenopause/menopause symptoms, current lifestyle, any health concerns and your personalised health and lifestyle goals.

Based on your assessment, I provide evidence-based recommendations that are tailored to your lifestyle. 

I can also work alongside other healthcare professionals, preparing you for a GP consultation, if required.
